Abstract

This article proposes the development of an expert system for analyzing quality problems in software development, based on Ishikawa tools. The system aims to identify the main possible causes of quality problems through tools such as the Cause and Effect Diagram, Checklists, Stratification, and subsequent analysis with Control Charts, Histogram, and the Pareto Diagram, with the aim of prioritize this type of demand. The use of these tools can significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process in terms of Identification of possible causes, reaching a Standard, the Prioritization of possible causes and the effective resolution of quality problems in software development.
