Abstract
Nowadays competitiveness among companies to remain in the market end up creating a challenge to be faced daily. Therefore, it is necessary to seek a distinguishing advantage. The most recent investment area in organizations is Training and Development, where companies and their employees can seek methods and strategies as well as develop skills, attitudes, different behaviors, abstract concepts, among others. Thus, organizations maintain their workforce satisfied and motivated in their positions resulting this way in increase and improvement of ideas and innovation and, consequently, securing costumer loyalty in the current market.
