Abstract

The "Il Tuo Piatto" Restaurant project proposes an innovative concept in Santos, combining the rich tradition of Italian cuisine with an interactive and inclusive experience. The goal is to offer customers the opportunity to prepare their own dishes in an accessible and welcoming environment, promoting social inclusion and diversity. The methodology uses the Business Model Canvas to structure the proposal, highlighting the importance of physical accessibility and family inclusion policies. The results indicate that the concept attracts a broad customer base and has a positive impact on the community. The proposal meets current demands and establishes a competitive advantage.
