Abstract
Human Resources document is a critical process, yet it is often hindered by legacy systems and manual processes that lead to inefficiency and low user satisfaction. To address this issue, this paper proposes a re-engineering model for a platform, based on the analysis of an existing system from the ImageOne company. The methodology involved requirements gathering, the modeling of a new software architecture—including a new data model—and the design of a user-centered interface. The main result is a model for a customizable web platform that streamlines and centralizes employee document management, from hiring to offboarding. The proposal, therefore, goes beyond a mere technical solution, serving as a guide for the modernization of HR systems that prioritize user experience and operational efficiency
