Abstract
The present work aims to develop a project to study the implementation of the FitStop restaurant, an idealized, fixed restaurant focused on healthy eating, in the city of Santos/SP. The proposal stems from the growing demand for balanced, practical, and affordable meals among people seeking a healthy lifestyle. The target audience includes those who practice physical activities, such as gyms, runners, and beach sports, as well as workers and local residents. The restaurant will offer complete meals, quickly prepared, at fair prices, with sustainable packaging, and with prompt delivery. The study will also include a financial feasibility analysis, which aims to inform strategic decision-making for the launch of the venture
