Abstract
The project investigates how physical activity and socialization impact the mental health of older adults after the pandemic. Involving people over 60, it aims to understand lifestyle habits, exercise preferences, and perceptions of quality of life. Walking, yoga, and outdoor meetings at the Santos waterfront garden will be organized, with interaction between older adults and young volunteers. A simple digital platform will allow scheduling and monitoring of activities, with instructional videos. The project seeks to combat isolation, strengthen intergenerational bonds, and create a replicable model for other locations
