ADAPTATION TO ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES: PROMOTION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND QUALITY OF WORK LIFE
Main Article Content
Abstract
The study analyzes strategies for healthy adaptation to changes in the organizational environment, focusing on mental health and quality of life. The objective was to understand how symbolic interventions can contribute to more humane environments. The methodology involved visiting a court registry in Baixada Santista and drawing on the work of organizational psychology authors such as Lewin, Dejours, Hernandez, and Caldas. As a result, the “plate balancing” dynamic was created, which sensitizes participants to emotional challenges, stimulating resilience, empathy, and cooperation. It is concluded that recognizing the subjective aspects of work strengthens preventive practices and promotes greater balance between demands and well-being
