Abstract
This article presents the architectural proposal of a music school in the municipality of Peruíbe/SP, focusing on children and adolescents living in socially vulnerable areas. The project seeks to promote inclusion and access to culture, using architecture as an instrument of social transformation. The research is based on concepts of neuroarchitecture, environmental and acoustic comfort, as well as case study analyses and surveys of the municipality’s socioeconomic and urban data. Methodological procedures included bibliographic, documental, and field research, in addition to visual content analysis. The study highlights the relevance of educational spaces designed in an integrated manner with the community context, capable of stimulating creativity, a sense of belonging, and cultural engagement among young people at social risk.
