Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper presents the proposal of an inclusive school integrated with a public square in Guarujá/SP, based on five axes: neuroarchitecture, biophilia, universal accessibility, inclusive pedagogy, and sustainability. The methodology combined literature review, regulatory analysis (NBR 9050/2020, NBR 15215/2021), national and international case studies, and field survey. Results indicate that strategies such as natural lighting between 400–500 lux, accessible routes of 1.50m, sensory gardens, and cross ventilation reduce energy consumption by up to 30%, increase concentration by 40%, and raise autonomy of disabled users by 65%. The proposal demonstrates how school architecture, combined with urban design, can work as a pedagogical and social inclusion tool, reinforcing the need for integrated design solutions
