Abstract
The study aims to identify in the literature the impact of professional satisfaction on the quality of health care, observing the management model that favors professional satisfaction. It is a bibliographical review, with the purpose of analyzing articles related to the topic of interest. To do so, we searched the databases: Google Academic, LILACS, Pubmed and Scielo associated to a search of scientific articles from April to June 2019, published in the last 5 years (2014 to 2019). After a detailed analysis, we selected 10 articles related to the theme, classified according to the subjects: impact of professional satisfaction on the quality of care, and the relationship of the management model with professional satisfaction. The study demonstrated the interference of professional dissatisfaction in the quality of health care and demonstrates the management model that favors professional satisfaction, but it is still necessary to change the culture on the part of the top management so that the necessary changes occur.
