Abstract

The training is seen by many as cost, by others is seen as investment, but what do the professionals think after all? The present work by means of an exploratory study, using the field research method, sought to answer the relevance of training in the perception of professionals from different areas. The presented results, emphasized that, through the perception of the interviewed, it is recommended that companies invest in training in a continuous way and encorage their professionals to update and qualify themselves.
