Abstract
The purpose of the study is to analyze the main aspects of Ordinance no. 915, of July 30, 2019, which approved the wording of Regulatory Standard no. 01 and disciplines the general provisions of occupational safety and health. This is a descriptive and purposeful research that aims to clarify the innovations of this standard that, based on general provisions, serves as the basis of other regulatory standards. For the collection, the bibliographic and documentary research is used. The discussion concerns its implementation in the midst of the existing order. The conclusion is that the standard under study reduces bureaucracy and state intervention in private enterprise, although some future uncertainties regarding the legal certainty of employees and employers persist.
