Abstract

 A source of social security custody is a relevant issue, but when discussing deviations from Union revenue (DRU) under Article 76 of the Constitutional Transitional Expositions Act (ADCT) through EC 93/2016, this implements the surcharge. from 20% to 30% in deviated tax collection, which may lead to the abolition of taxes from the diverted tax base.
