The Paental Alieenation and its Consequences Ismar Jovita Maciel

Abstract

 the present word makes a study of the rights of children and adolescents within the national legal order, mainly analysing the laws of protection of these vulnerable subjects, such as the Constitution og the Federal Republic of Brazil od 1988; the  Statute of the Child and Adolescents  Law number 8.060/1990 and the Law of number 12.318/2010, which came to typify the parental alienation, delimited theme of the study, that as a crime and conceptualizes what is parental alienation, the requirements for it to be configured  the causes. Violations of the rights of children and adolescentes under the pactice of alienation parental cause serious psychological and mental damage to victims, bringing great consequences to the mental health of victims.
