Coronavirus: A Panorama of the Demands of Health Plan Beneficiaries before the National Supplementary Health Agency – ANS Rodrigo Trisoglino Nazareth, Paulo Lascani Yered
Main Article Content
Abstract
The study aims to identify the demands of health plan beneficiaries on Coronavirus before ANS. It is a descriptive and purposeful investigation that aims to explain the rules for covering the main tests for detecting the disease. For collection, bibliographic and documentary research is used. The discussion concerns the updating of coverage rules and the impasse with beneficiaries. The conclusion we have is that although the exam is mandatory, it impairs the lack of information, social isolation, fear of contagion and lack of alignment between the country's health authorities, especially in relation to the understanding of the protocol and the guidelines of the framed cases as suspected or probable of the disease.
