Abstract

 The objective of the work is to demonstrate that the Right to Health and the guarantees of its realization are foreseen in the Constitution. It highlights constitutional provisions and the Sustainable Development Goals to sustain that the Federative Republic of Brazil has a duty to promote the good of all. If the Right to Health is not guaranteed, entities have instruments to demand its provision directly from the constituted powers.
