Abstract

The evolution of the scope and recognition of heritage, in its various dimensions (in private or public terms), highlights the need to understand it from the perspective of legal post-modernity, which includes Web 3.0. Such references refer to the discussion about governance as a validation instrument. In this sense, the objective is to consider and analyze the best legal technique to practice governance, about the proposal of validation of digital heritage, based on the dictates inserted in the governing legislation, such as the Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, the new Law of Virtual Assets. The deductive method, qualitative approach, search in bibliographic material based on national doctrine and legislation related to the proposed theme is used.
