Abstract
The purpose of this study is to discuss the role of the Pedagogical Advisor, its attributions and the changes arising from the inclusion process that occurs not only in the school, but also in the surrounding community, such as the surrounding families and also the school community: teachers , staff and staff - the whole set that operates in inclusive school. In a qualitative way, using bibliographical research, to better understand the attributions of the Pedagogical Advisor's work in the inclusive context, its difficulties and its real function in contemporary society. Having as a theoretician who will base the problems, Grinspun (2011), because it has as a field of research the Educational Orientation and its attributions over the years. It was found at the end of the studies of this theme that the challenge for the system is that of the inclusive school and the social role, since the transformation that passes through the school implies in the transformation of a society as a whole. Inclusion is also a practice for citizenship. Building inclusion is redoing relationships and making them human.
