Abstract
This article reflects the landmark inclusion and your evolution, were numerous battles until the recognition of their rights, the fight goes on for people with disabilities are respected as any citizen. The legislation was key to social change and a distinguished look to those who seek to position themselves and face difficulties imposed by an uninformed and sometimes prejudiced society. However, it is not enough to make the host legislation of disabled children, more than that, if necessary, provide a little, so that the child develops like any other. Currently is public and notorious, the increase of enrollment of autistic children in regular education and the need to enforce your rights as active citizen in our society. The school environment and the whole school team, are essential for the development and the exercise of citizenship of those educating, although many questions permeate among teachers of how to serve them properly, important to have an exchange of experiences and information related to the Autism and the interaction between social, family and school.
