Abstract

The ratification of the Common National Curriculum Base in December 2017 established its fifth general competence that graduates of Basic Education should be able to "understand, use and create digital information and communication technologies in a critical, meaningful, reflective and Ethics in Different Social Practices, ”there is a concern on the part of education systems to provide subsidies for teachers who can achieve these goals. This article is an initial report of research that is ongoing and concerns teacher service training. Thus, this resource describes some aspects that may contribute to the understanding of the teaching process mediated by technological resources and issues involving digital literacy.A research is descriptive and uses the assumptions of Rojo (2012), Buzato (2006) and official documents published by MEC on problems related to the topic. As a result, it has been found that there is a long way to go, and it is investments in technological resources and initial and continuing teacher training for the digital education of students of Basic Education carried out in order to achieve the objectives set forth in the official documents
