Abstract

This article aims to analyze, partially, the company's ability to provide social welfare in order to fulfill their social function, in order to guarantee you the right to economic activity, since the constitutional provision imposes a legal regime that constitutes a real social responsibility at the disposal of society, as an essential requirement for their existence. The study was made by the method exploratory research design literature and documents, consider enabling the company to act in accordance with its social function, acquires a social value, as it returns to the collective greater good that is dignity.
