Abstract

This article seeks to provide the reader with a better perspective on the institution of civil liability in the context of insidious stalking. It presents an in-depth study on stalking, the repercussions of its existence today, the losses suffered by the victim and, finally, the striking elements that give rise to the duty of the perpetrator to compensate, mainly for the moral damages suffered by their victims.
