Abstract

The incorporation of international treaties into the domestic legal system is the subject of this article. Throughout it, it will be possible to understand how this process occurs and the legal conflicts arising from it. First, the stages of adherence to the international treaty at the international and national levels will be detailed, after which the frictions caused and the doctrinal and jurisprudential positions will be highlighted, and finally, the structure, line of thought and jurisprudential position adopted by Brazil will be discussed.
