Abstract

The justification of the present study focuses on the need for further clarification of Law 8.245 of 1991, entitled "Tenancy Law", which regulates the leasing of real estate with residential, non-residential and seasonal purposes. The analysis of the elements to which they relate to the proposed theme aims at analyzing the Law in the face of everyday legal relationships that seek in civil law and, through the norms contained in the Law of Tenancy, to give fairness to these relations.
