Abstract

This scientific article aims to concisely analyze the institution of moral damages and its correlation with the law of consumer relations. The specific objective of this academic production is to study how the reparation of moral damages occurs in the Consumer Defense Code, which on several occasions, this consumerist relationship leads us to various unpleasantnesses in everyday life, thus leading to financial compensation on the part of those who undermine the morals of others, respecting, of course, the principles of proportionality and reasonableness, also highlighting the doctrinal and jurisprudential approach concerning the subject addressed here.
