The (Non) Implementation of the Special Court for Sports Fans Ingrid Scanferla de Paula, Marcelo Henrique Gazolli Veronez

Abstract

This article is an analysis focused on the State of São Paulo related to the topic, specifically the national passion that is football and security in Brazilian stadiums, that is, the reduction of violence inside or around sports venues, based on law no. 10.671/2003, known as the Fan Defense Statute, with the objective of analyzing its inapplicability based on the legal instruments related to this issue. Resulting from a research carried out in legal sources, in books, reports, monographs and scientific articles using the qualitative method.
