Abstract

This paper has the purpose of bringing exploratory explanations, in order to focus the narrow relationship between environment and health, in addition to the high degree of complexity of the issue, in the face of the problems that deserve to be confronted. For this, reflection is made on constitutional principles and environmental law, referring to legislation and judged on the subject.
