Abstract
Prague in politics, fake news have also become a serious public health case. Weight loss, cancer, diabetes and even vaccination campaigns are the targets of an epidemic of lies that spills over the Internet. In this article, we provide an overview of key research challenges in the face of the dizzying evolution of social media and health impacts, thus focusing on the focus of press cases and the need for regulation and repression regarding the creation and dissemination of false data on the Internet, with a view to civil and criminal liability of the actors involved, respecting the contours and the protection conferred by the existing constitutional principles.
