Abstract

This article sought a diagnostic discussion on the issue of conflicts in organizations, focusing mainly on the aspect of micromanagement as one of the causes of the factors that lead those involved to initiate the misunderstanding between the components of a collective environment. In this brief study the initial concepts of conflicts and their types, their causes and effects are analyzed. Within the main focus, there is a punctual analysis of how the Military Police organization is affected and how the internal cultural influences have a great weight in this type of management. administration. Next, we discussed the characteristics of the personalities of individuals who influence, integrate and are affected by micromanagement, as well as their implications for the organization, and finally, the analysis of the above with the conclusion on the subject.
