Abstract

This article aims to analyze the aspects of the novel Homeland Police Law, focused on the legal basis in the sense that the Military Police has constitutional and legal attribution for the registration of situations of criminal offense. It will be demonstrated that establishing such a Full Police Cycle as a way to improve the Brazilian police model will allow a “management shock” in the current public security system at the State level, maximizing operational capacity. Military Police and allowing the Civil Police to focus exclusively on the investigation and investigation of criminal offenses of unknown authorship.
