Abstract
The Labor Reform initially came with the purpose of meeting needs, in theface of globalization and increasing competitiveness, with the condition of growth forall. However, by covering up the business needs of the few, it ended up unprotectingsocial rights, causing the precariousness of health services, as well as causing several negative short, medium and long term impacts, regarding the health of the entirepopulation. The main objective of the article is to reveal the negative impacts, basedon the development of research based on bibliographic surveys, from qualitative andquantitative sources. It is concluded that some points of the reform suffer severe criticism, pointing to its illegality, which may in the future reflect on the suppression of articles and points declared unconstitutional of Law No. 13.467 / 17, through the actionof the Public Prosecution Service and by pressure from international bodies such as the ILO - International Labor Organization.
