Abstract
The Undergraduate Law Course at Universidade Santa Cecília, which is about to complete twenty-five years of implementation, and the Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Program in Health Law: Individual and Collective Dimensions - at the end of the first four-year period - have been dialoguing and interacting in multiple aspects.
The participation of master's students in monitoring activities for undergraduate courses and acting as evaluators of scientific work exhibitions by undergraduate students are examples of this important academic connection.
Once again, in an innovative way, Unisanta presents volume 9 of the Unisanta Law and Social Sciences Journal with the participation of master's students André Luiz Abul Hiss Franco, Bruno Karaoglan Oliva, Joel Oliveira Rios Júnior and master's student Fernanda Christina Parisi Sedeh Padilha Navarro e Paiva as members of the Editorial Committee chaired by Prof. Dr. Luciano Pereira de Souza.
The master's students worked on selecting and reviewing the texts of the first four articles in the journal, which represent the reflection and research efforts of undergraduate law students, as materialized in their final course works.
Amid the challenges and difficulties imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic, undergraduate students, faculty advisors and master's students at Unisanta joined forces with authors from prominent higher education institutions in Ceará, Piauí, Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo to offer this important contribution to the study of relevant legal topics.
