Abstract
The objective of this work is to show the vulnerability of people to this disease that plagues the country and the world, in the view of traders before States in general. This is a very complex discussion, since on the one hand are the merchants who have been unable to open their commercial establishments for more than a year, which are their so-called “earns bread” in an appropriate way, and, on the other hand, the State having to take restrictive measures to prevent a massive contagion due to the coronavirus. Bibliographic research was carried out in relation to scientific production on the relationship between the pandemic and people in a state of social vulnerability, by means of an integrated search on websites, works by other authors located in the databases.
