Abstract

This article presents in a contextual, comparative and concise manner, the State's duty to inform the population of a given nation, applying the active information method in relation to public health, bringing the current pandemic context, suggesting how the duty to inform could be issued in a clear and direct manner, using bibliographic and jurisprudential analysis as a research method, aiming to bring a practical resolution to the topic.
