Abstract
This work tries to demonstrate the fragility of the Treaty on Human Rights - DH and the Exercise of Citizenship with Reference to State Policies Regarding Regularity, Guarantee and Monitoring of Compliance with the legislation, as well as the Application of the Due Sanctions to Anyone Who May Come to Circumvent the System Transgressing the Dictations of the Modern State, as Well as the Life of the Human Being. Our Research seen Local: Does not demonstrate Numbers nor at least evidence the Forms and Ways in Which Human Trafficking Occurs and Its Purposes, but Responds to the Dictations of the Precepts of the Ephemeral Life of Man Can Serve as a "Fashion of Exchange" and "Illicit Object" for People Who Take Advantage of Naivety and Good Faith to Serve for Selfish Benefit. From the beginnings of humanity to the present day, dealing finally with the violence of trafficking. In this work we outline a reflection on the operating system of human rights.
