Commercial activities in reserve for sustainable development: the legal aspects of their possibility for the village “Barra do Una” Sinval Braz Moraes, Milena Ramirez, Walter Barrella

Abstract

This article aims to highlight the legal practices of the possibility of commercial activities by traditional population of the Village Barra do Una, on condition Sustainable Development Reserve (RDS), beyond the expectations of this population, as the recent reclassification. There were collected bibliographic information as well as 7 semi-structured interviews with the local population. The results indicated the practice of commercial activity, distrust of respondents as maintenance of the Village as RDS and its lack of attention from the public.
