Abstract

This article aims to take a critical look at the way in which public policies are being drawn up, without scientific support and with a complete absence of empirical support, proposing the idea of ​​resuming a new Enlightenment model for the construction, execution and demand for effectiveness in public health policies, especially in contexts of humanitarian emergencies, guided by reason, unconditional respect for human dignity and the use of statistics, jurimetrics and artificial intelligence.
