Abstract

The process of redemocratization of government policies in Brazil was due to numerous factors affecting the internal interests of Brazilian governments, as well as the interests of these governments in international politics. Through specific, regionalized actions, governments, in their administrative spheres, try to ensure that their products to the population are in quality processes, promoting incessant searches for the effectiveness of the policies adopted, and the efficiency of these actions.
