Abstract

The purpose of this article is to suggest the need to discuss the topic announced, much more than define unambiguously a position to be defended here because we are faced with constant change, built on a historical-political-economic-social, where several are the difficulties faced by the society as a whole, which sometimes is not prepared to deal with issues such as accessibility and inclusion. We will analyze the impact of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which was approved as a standard by our Constitution, in its Article 5º § 3º, as well as the protection of human dignity in the international arena for the disabled, having as a purpose of this article, multiply and boost concrete attitudes that must be assumed by the global society.
