Abstract

This paper aims to report a brief history of interpersonal relationships
through the study of its four pillars, namely, motivation, leadership,
communication and perception. Initially we tried to rescue the main
features present in contemporary times, related to the early days
through the following management theories: Scientific Management,
 Frederick W. Taylor and Human Relations , Elton Mayo. With this
rescue, were sought as evidence of the pillars that support
interpersonal relationships presented in the peak season of these
theories.
