Abstract

This article is intended only to expose the main points that should be addressed by the Supreme Court in the judgment of the misfulfillment of Fundamental precept No. 442. Obviously, before the limitation of this work, it is impossible to exhaust
the subject. Without prejudice, here one will seek to make a brief summary of the main arguments, favorable and contrary, regarding the possibility of legalizing abortion until
the third month of gestation.
