Differentiated dynamics for responding to incidents of disturbance of public peace, adopted in the Municipality of Caraguatatuba Fernando de Assis

Abstract
In this article we will present an operational procedure to attend to occurrences of public calm disturbance aplied in the city of Caraguatatuba, which is based mainly on a system of municipal laws that basically allow the municipal public agent responsible for supervising postures impose fines on residents due to non-compliance with rules of public tranquility, provided for in the Code of Municipal Postures, based on official documents sent by the Military Police, in this case, the Police-Military Occurrence Report. We also performed an analysis of the results of the application of this operational stance in the databases of the Military Police Operational Information System (SIOPM) to verify the efficiency of the adopted system and the resulting benefits for the Military Police of the State of São Paulo.
