Abstract

 Coping with violence involves multiple actions by different agencies in order to achieve satisfactory levels of results and control. Legislative power, as an agent of legal norms, has its role in this contribution. Thus, the normative innovation, object of study, seeks to expand the performance of security forces, especially the Military Police, in the protection of victims of domestic violence, through the implementation of immediate protective measures, even before the appreciation. of the judiciary.
