Abstract
This paper intends to demonstrate how the relationship between diffuse, collective and individual homogeneous rights, also known as transindividual rights, and the supplemental health care, exists. The method used for this was the inductive one, where the fundamental rights were studied based in their historical aspects and how this affected the origin of its several dimensions. Then, there are questions about social rights and diffuse, collective and individual homogeneous rights as an integral part of these dimensions and their relation to the right to health. From there, the impact of this on supplemental health care is analyzed to show that, despite its private nature, it is subordinated to trans-individual rights, whose regulation must be based.
