Abstract

This article addresses the original rights of indigenous peoples to their lands and how the Federative Republic of Brazil, over time, through its Constitutions, has guaranteed the safety of natives. Also included in the study is how the new Bill 191/2020 brings the Union's regulation to affect this constitutionality and guarantee of indigenous peoples, whether or not there are defects regarding economic exploitation in indigenous communities.
