Abstract

Education is understood in the 1988 Constitution as a right of all, a duty of the State and the family, and must be provided in cooperation with the community, with the aim of full development, preparation for the exercise of citizenship, and qualification for work. In one of its forms of implementation, education is provided through school education, a body in which the realities of students, teachers, principals, employees in general, and the community come together and move apart. The objective of this article is to highlight one of the subjects of the teaching/learning process: teachers, pointing out the multiple perspectives on education, through a quantum, systemic, and practical perspective that is, above all, welcoming and inclusive. To this end, we will use bibliographical research and experience developed through the Systemic Family Constellation Project of the João Mattos Elementary and High School (EEFM), in the state of Ceará, which has been taking place since October 2016, once a month. Initially, only students would be the target audience of the project. However, the situation of teachers drew attention and they were included in Family Constellations services in order to help them be healthier and, therefore, better both in the classroom and in their personal lives. Based on Family Constellations, a technique used at the João Mattos Elementary and High School (EEFM) in the State of Ceará, according to Bert Hellinger, its great enthusiast, it encouraged professionals from the most diverse areas and places to live in coherence with systemic principles and to adopt the phenomenological stance and systemic thinking in their daily lives, naturally reverberating in their work, also reaching the educational area, thus emerging Systemic Education.
