There are certain groups that intentionally transmit contagious diseases, such as the so-called “stamp group”, and, knowing that they spread serious illnesses sexually, the intentional conduct is typical, as provided for in the penal code. The penal code provides for the typicality of various criminal conducts regarding the intentional spread of diseases, and contains articles that punish typical conduct related to diseases. Awareness and prevention must be worked on, as it is a matter of public interest that must start with each individual.
