Abstract
The State's responsibility with regard to health is, as a rule, objective, since health is a legal asset that is inseparable from the right to life, which is constitutionally guaranteed, and its responsibility is indisputable. However, with regard to vaccination, although it is the State's responsibility to implement it, there are limits to the compulsory nature of vaccination.
