Practicing physical activity in natural environments a fundamental right

Abstract
The practice of physical exercise is beneficial to human life. When exercise is practiced in nature or in a natural environment, it favors the emotional and physical development of health. Objective: to analyze whether the practice of physical activity in natural environments can be considered a fundamental right, such as health and a healthy environment, and whether the State is responsible for guaranteeing this right. Methods: the study was carried out through a narrative review and bibliographic survey, analyzed with a descriptive and hermeneutic approach. Results: health and a balanced environment are human rights. Physical exercise causes the condition and good quality of health of people of all ages, including through regular contact with green spaces and blue environments. Ecologically preserved natural environments encourage the regular practice of exercise. Conclusion: the right to practice sports activities, as well as health and a balanced environment, are fundamental human rights and the guarantee of their implementation and promotion lies with the State.
