Abstract

The present study has as object of study the medical documentation, non-follow-up of the treatments by the patient, the conduction of the medical service provision by the operators, Forensics, Reports and Medical Reports. The objective of the work is to conduct a study on the main points on the chosen line of research, focusing on the physician's liability. The justification for the choice of the theme is that
it is necessary the theoretical deepening about the theme, in order to contribute to the academic community and society as a whole. The work will use the logical-deductive method, based on the doctrinal, jurisprudential and normative construction, being analyzed the references of the institute. The bibliographical research on the subject through legal  articles, doctrine, legal journals, jurisprudence, constitutional and infraconstitutional norms will be the specific procedure method of the work in question.
